SSN TOUR

We’ll be boarding the buses at the Groton Inn & Suites.

Please note that tour participants MUST travel to and from the Submarine Base on the buses we provide, to simplify compliance with Base security issues and to ensure that we do not exceed attendance limitations imposed by the Submarine Base. You must have documentation proving your citizenship with you, (Birth Certificate, Passport or Naturalization Papers).

We will not know the day (Friday or Saturday with Saturday being the most probable) or time of the SSN tour(s) until late August. The tours depend on the submarine base security conditions at the time of the reunion, the operations tempo at the submarine base and the number of SSN’s in port available for conducting tours. There will be at least one tour. There is a chance that the tour day/time may conflict with the ARGIA sail down the Mystic River or the Submarine School Tour. If you sign up for both events and that becomes an issue, you will have to choose one or the other and funds will be refunded to you for the unattended event.
